This course is designed to gently guide you through the fundamental elements of yoga practice. By the end of the six weeks, you’ll feel confident and prepared to join any of our regular yoga classes.
Each session includes dedicated time to reflect on the previous week’s experiences and address any questions that may have come up along the way.
