Useful Information – Please Read
Minimum Practitioner: 3 Persons
Booking required Class Fee: 1,500 BDT, Per person (Payable by cash/ bKash)
What to Bring:
Yoga Mat: Please bring your mat. If you don’t have one, a thick towel can be used.
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothes.
Water: Please bring water to stay hydrated.
Sun Protection: Bring sun cream and a hat, as many of our venues do not have direct shade.
For All Levels:
Beginners and experienced yogis are welcome. We provide options for all skill levels. If you have specific health concerns, please message us to discuss them beforehand.
Weather and Cancellations:
We will update our Facebook page and group if we need to cancel a class. Due to the nature of outdoor classes and rapid weather changes, last-minute cancellations sometimes occur. We aim to update any changes two-three hours before the class. Generally, if it is raining, drizzling, or windy, the class will be canceled. A gentle breeze is workable, but warm layers are required.
Yoga in Dhaka / Bangladesh Locations:
Yoga at the rooftop: Classes will take place on the rooftop.
Yoga at the Park: Classes will take place at any less crowded Park. Look for us under the big tree near the main entrance.
Yoga Overlooking the Bay: Classes will be held at Cox’s Bazar. Look for our flags on the beach.
